HEN HOUSE: BOOKING A PRIVATE HOUSE FOR A HEN PARTY

A question that was put to us recently was about an option for a hen party that is becoming quite popular. That of booking your own private house. So I thought I would share our experiences to those of you considering it. Personally, I love the idea of having everyone together in one beautiful venue. It's so much easier for people to get to know one another and relax. Remember the bride knows everyone but not everyone knows each other.

As well as this you can book entertainment to come to the house and have a party that's very personal to your group. There are a lot of houses around Ireland now that cater to this. These are really well suited to Murder Mystery parties as the atmosphere of an Irish stately home is really unique. The great thing too is that the party can literally not stop and go well in to the wee hours but anyone who wants to bail earlier can just fall in to their 4 poster bed :)
